Fall singing opportunity
During the month of October, we’ll be presenting a series of sing-along programs designed to expose singers to repertoire that may be new to you, but deserves a place alongside the classics we all know and love. It’s part of our “Expanding the Canon” series, which includes joint concerts with our friends at Border CrosSing. Conductors Kathy Romey, Paolo Debuque and Shekela Wanyama will explore works by South American composer Alberto Grau, American composers Bobby McFerrin and Undine Smith Moore, Filipino composer Fabian Obisbo, and Canadian composer Healy Willan.
YOU’RE INVITED to join us for two joyous evenings of singing and community on October 16th and 30th from 7-8:15pm in Westminster Hall at Westminster Presbyterian Church, the Chorale’s rehearsal home. Free parking is available in the underground garage at Westminster. To sign up, just click here.

Celebrating Bob Peskin
Our longtime executive director, Bob Peskin, retired from his position at the end of June. While he continues to sing with the Chorale, we want to honor Bob’s 17-year tenure with a retirement party! You’re invited to the event, which will take place on Monday, Oct. 30 at 6 pm, right before that evening’s “Expanding the Canon” recording session. There WILL be cake 😊 RSVP here
