The Chorale's Men in Music program serves middle-school and high-school boys who have shown some interest in singing but may not have the motivation or social support they need to sustain that interest. To meet the needs of this population, the Chorale has recruited a pool of some 50 male vocalists to prepare specially selected repertoire that they rehearse and perform with the student singers.
2011 participants:
Singers from Central and Johnson high schools (St. Paul) and Henry Sibley High School (Mendota Heights/West St. Paul).
Thank you to Sibley High School and choir director Aaron Kapaun for playing host to this year's final workshop and performance!
